2. What is a Google “Penalty”?

Twitter is extremely fast paced, which is a huge part of the appeal of the social networking site. That is all changing now. The partnership between Google and Twitter, allows Google to access Twitters data, making Tweets easily searchable through Google’s search results. Before the partnership, Google was able to search Twitter results, but there was a delay between when it was posted and when it is visible on Google.
